Rodolfi Doppio Concentrato is a premium quality, double concentrated tomato puree made in Parma, Italy. Its intense tomato flavour and thick consistency make it an ideal base for pasta sauces, stews, soups and pizzas.

• 100% Italian tomatoes : The ripest tomatoes are used, from which a concentrated puree is obtained by steaming at low temperatures.

• Double concentration : For every 1 kg of concentrated tomatoes, approximately 6 kg of fresh tomatoes are required, giving the product a rich, deep flavor.
