An original southern Italian specialty - with its thick, tubular shape, it looks like tiny squid rings, and is therefore sticky and perfect for ragouts! Bettini Calamarata is made from premium durum flour, pressed using bronze tools, and dried at low temperatures so that the pasta has a characteristic flavor and remains durable even after cooking.
